The Executive Director :

Susan Hoskins has been the Executive Director of the Princeton Senior Resource Center since February of 2002. During that time, she has overseen the renovation of the Suzanne Patterson Building, doubling of the programs, and expansion of support and guidance services, as well as addition of resource centers for caregivers and people planning retirement and encore careers. She was instrumental in creating the “Partners in Caring” agency collaborative to support aging in place. Susan facilitates two caregiver support groups and assists many people seeking assistance. She has presented at the National Aging Conference as well as for several organizations and businesses on a wide range of topics. In addition, she hosts a monthly television show, Prime Time, on Princeton Community Television and writes a monthly column in Mature Princeton. Susan earned her BA from Earlham College in Richmond, IN and her MSW from Rutgers Graduate School of Social Work in New Brunswick, NJ. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, board certified in social work and holds certificates in Gerontology and Senior Service Management. She was a family therapist at the Family Guidance Center of Mercer County for 20 years prior to coming to PSRC. Susan serves on the Board of the Friends Foundation on Aging and other committees. She has served on the Board of Newtown Friends School and Friends Institute.
